Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Jaipur Mansarovar

Experience: 4 - 7 Years

CTC: Up to 4.8 LPA + Incentives

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and departments.

Build talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

Screen, interview, select, and negotiate with candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring closures.

Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Conduct employee orientation and induction programs for new joiners.

Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience.

Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and performance reports.

Ensure robust candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.
