Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to build Biofrost’s field-sales team across Maharashtra and Gujarat, while being based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and appoint Field Sales Executives for key cities across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
- Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and local recruitment networks.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to selection and joining.
- Coordinate with management on city-wise hiring requirements and targets.




- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for field-sales expansion.
- Track recruitment performance, joining ratios, and hiring timelines.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring field-sales teams, preferably in pharma, healthcare, OTC, or FMCG.
- Strong sourcing, communication, coordination, and candidate-assessment skills.
- Target-driven, organised, and capable of working independently.
- Experience building teams for multiple cities is an advantage.
