We are looking for an experienced and skilled Boutique Stitching Master / Tailor to join our team. The candidate should have strong stitching and finishing skills and be comfortable working on women's ethnic and/or western wear.
Key Responsibilities
- Stitch garments accurately according to measurements and designs
- Handle stitching and finishing of boutique garments
- Work with different fabrics and garment styles
- Understand measurements, patterns and design instructions
- Ensure high-quality stitching, fitting and finishing
- Handle alterations and corrections when required
- Maintain quality and complete orders within deadlines
- Coordinate with the cutting/pattern team and boutique staff
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of machines and materials
Preferred Skills
- Strong stitching and garment-finishing skills
- Experience in boutique or garment production
- Good knowledge of women's garments
- Ability to work independently
- Good understanding of measurements and fitting
- Cutting/pattern-making knowledge will be an advantage

- Blouse stitching
- Kurti stitching
- Salwar/Suit stitching
- Lehenga stitching
- Gown/Dress stitching
- Western wear
- Bridal/occasion wear
- Alterations and fitting
Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant tailoring/stitching experience preferred
- Experienced candidates with strong practical skills are welcome
- Must be reliable and quality-conscious
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary ₹35,000 - 45,000 per month, depending on experience and stitching skills.
