Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social platforms, and professional networks.

- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Drive sourcing strategies to ensure quality hiring within defined turnaround times.

- Reach out to passive candidates through personalized communication and employer branding initiatives.

- Manage and coordinate campus hiring programs, walk-in drives, and recruitment events.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring priorities.

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate tracking throughout the recruitment lifecycle.





- Create tickets and manage candidate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to maximize talent outreach and hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education

- Graduate in any discipline (Human Resources or related field preferred)

Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Talent Sourcing.

Key Skills

- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools

- Candidate engagement and relationship-building skills

- Campus hiring and event management exposure
