Role Description The System Engineer will work full time on-site at the vGics Global office in Noida, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and administering servers and networked systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability of infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.

The System





Engineer will contribute to systems design and improvement projects, assist in implementing cybersecurity and compliance controls, and document configurations, procedures, and best practices. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to maintaining resilient, future-ready IT environments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills for planning, architecting, and optimizing IT infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills for managing servers, operating systems, and core services in production environments.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing issues, resolving incidents, and assisting users effectively.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of networking fundamentals, cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, networking, or security) are an advantage.
