Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on System Administrator / IT Manager to oversee enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, end-user computing, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT operations. The role is accountable for the availability, security, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of technology services while leading support teams and enabling business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Systems Administration

- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Administer VMware or Hyper-V, storage, backups, disaster recovery, patching, monitoring, and system health.
- Support approved Azure, AWS, and SaaS services.

Microsoft 365 Administration

- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, identity, security, and licensing.
- Configure Conditional Access, MFA, endpoint policies, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access groups.

Network & Security Management

- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and secure remote access.
- Administer endpoint detection, vulnerability remediation, logging, monitoring, and system-hardening controls.

IT Operations & Service Delivery

- Lead multi-location IT support and ensure all requests are managed through the ITSM platform.
- Drive SLA compliance, timely acknowledgement, escalation, resolution, and closure.
- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, asset records, service reports, and vendor performance.

Team Leadership

- Supervise system administrators, desktop engineers, and support personnel.
- Set priorities, KPIs, service standards, and accountability expectations; coach the team.

Governance & Compliance





- Support HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, audits, access reviews, software compliance, and evidence management.
- Ensure changes follow approved change-management, risk-review, and documentation processes.

Projects & Automation

- Lead infrastructure upgrades, office deployments, cloud migrations, and enterprise implementations.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities that improve reliability, productivity, and user experience.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
- 3+ years leading IT operations, infrastructure, or support teams.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, endpoint security, backup, and disaster recovery. • Working knowledge of ITSM, incident management, change management, and vendor management.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 Administrator

• ITIL Foundation • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- VMware VCP • CCNA / CCNP • CISSP or similar certification for senior candidates
