JD: System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain Desktops, Laptops, networking equipment (routers/switches), and operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory/O365).
- Perform regular security patches, software updates, and upgrades to ensure maximum uptime.
- Maintain printers, scanners, and user workstations (troubleshooting, repair, installation).
- Implement firewalls, antivirus, and backup solutions for data integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and handle vendor coordination. Installation and Managing CCTV related works
- Assist in corporate SIM allocation, activation, and deactivation




- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT inventory
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Any degree
- Experience: 1 -3 years of experience in system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
