Job Title: IT Support / System Administration / Database Administration

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 application and technical support for enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, upgrade and maintain application/web servers such as Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, NGINX, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle WebLogic and IIS.
- Perform Windows and Linux server administration, troubleshooting, patching, hardening and health monitoring.
- Manage and troubleshoot desktop hardware, operating systems, software installation/upgrades and printers.
- Provide technical support to end users and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
- Handle application and infrastructure-related technical tasks assigned by bank officials.
- Perform VAPT closure and support IT security-related activities.
- Monitor system/software health and troubleshoot server issues, including crash and performance-related issues.
- Install and configure required applications and supporting software.
- Work with virtualization and container technologies such as Docker/Containers where applicable.
- Maintain and support automation/configuration management using Ansible, Ansible Tower/AWX and YAML.

Database Administration For DBA roles, responsibilities include:
- Administration and maintenance of Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle TDE, Data Masking, Redaction and Multitenant PDB/CDB environments.
- Database installation,



configuration, patching, hardening, upgrades and performance tuning.
- Backup, recovery, PITR, High Availability and Disaster Recovery activities.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and troubleshoot database performance issues.
- Work with MySQL/MariaDB environments, including replication, clustering, backup/recovery and security.
- Support database monitoring using tools such as Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM) or Zabbix.

- PGDAC from CDAC

Experience
- L1 / Junior Support: 2+ years
- L2 / Senior Support: 5+ years
- Senior DBA / Windows Admin / Linux Admin / Senior MySQL DBA: 5+ years
- Manager / Project SME: 8+ years

For Manager / Project SME
- Manage, mentor and guide system administration teams.
- Coordinate project and infrastructure activities.
- Ensure ITIL-based practices and effective service delivery.
- Coordinate Web Server, Application Server and Database Administration activities.
- Provide evidence/support for IS Audit and Security Reviews.
- Drive troubleshooting, coordination and technical issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Docker/Containers is desirable.
