Aarya ITES Pvt Ltd, a leading IT, Network, Safety, Security & Automation solution provider company, is looking for a reliable and technically sound Support Technical Engineer to manage day-to-day technical support activities. The successful applicant will have good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and field engineers. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, handle multiple service requests efficiently, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Job Title: Support Technical Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years in Technical Support / Customer Support / Service Coordination (ERP knowledge will be an added advantage)

Employment Type: Full Time (6 Days a week)

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Support Technical Engineer responsibilities and duties

- Attend customer calls and provide first-level technical support.
- Register service complaints and maintain proper service records.
- Coordinate and assign service calls to field engineers.
- Follow up on pending service calls and ongoing projects.
- Provide remote software support, installation, and user guidance.
- Prepare AMC quotations and coordinate AMC renewals.




- Follow up for AMC approvals and payment collections.
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance Calls (PMC) are completed on schedule.
- Verify engineers' service reports and expense claims.
- Maintain technical support data and documentation in ERP.
- Coordinate the purchase of accessories and materials required by service engineers.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to the technical support department.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in EC, IT, Computer, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software installation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable coordination, documentation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
