Role Description The Supply Chain Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement of architectural and building materials, vendor coordination, and logistics planning to ensure timely delivery to project sites. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, updating stock records, tracking shipments, and coordinating with internal teams such as design, project management, and operations to align supply with project timelines.

The specialist will analyze demand patterns, optimize ordering and stocking strategies, and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.



The role also involves preparing regular reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills, with experience in end-to-end procurement and logistics processes.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, including demand forecasting, stock control, and optimization of material flows.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making for process improvements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in construction, architecture, or building materials sourcing is an advantage, along with proficiency in Tally ERP and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solid attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and safety-focused practices are beneficial.
