Key Responsibilities

1. Pursuit, Growth and Business Development Support

- Support the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle for Asterisk-led opportunities across automotive, industrial and manufacturing clients.

- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, solution notes, business case preparation and executive-level storylines.

- Support client workshops, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations and value articulation discussions.

- Work with Partners and Directors to shape digital supply chain transformation opportunities anchored around Asterisk capabilities.

- Develop sector-specific value propositions, client collateral and reusable pursuit assets for auto and industrial clients.

1. Solutioning and Transformation Advisory

- Translate client business requirements into process-led and platform-enabled solution approaches.

- Define future-state operating models, business processes, user journeys, capability roadmaps and transformation workplans.

- Support positioning of Asterisk capabilities across supplier collaboration, supply risk intelligence, S&OP;, capacity planning, inventory optimisation and control tower use cases.

- Work with product and technology teams to align business requirements with configurable product capabilities and planned enhancements.

- Contribute to Asterisk assets, accelerators, demos, industry playbooks and thought leadership.

1. Programme Delivery and Client Management

- Lead supply chain transformation and digital platform deployment engagements from design through go-live and stabilisation.

- Manage client stakeholders across business, IT, project teams and leadership forums.

- Drive requirements definition, design workshops, process mapping, configuration alignment, testing, change adoption and deployment readiness.

- Ensure delivery governance, issue resolution, risk management and quality of client deliverables.





- Maintain focus on business outcomes, adoption and value realisation rather than only technical implementation milestones.

1. Practice Building and Team Leadership

- Coach and mentor consulting teams working on Asterisk pursuits and delivery engagements.

- Build reusable solution assets, proposal modules, implementation playbooks and delivery templates.

- Support capability development, recruitment and knowledge management for the Asterisk growth agenda.

- Contribute to the development of a scalable Asterisk practitioner pool across supply chain transformation and digital platform delivery.

Preferred Experience

- 812 years of management consulting experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing or digital transformation.

- Strong experience in automotive, industrial, manufacturing or discrete supply chain environments.

- Demonstrated experience in supply chain transformation across one or more areas: S&OP;, supply planning, supplier collaboration, procurement transformation, capacity planning, inventory optimisation, manufacturing operations or supply chain control towers.

- Experience delivering digital supply chain products or planning platforms will be preferred, such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, Oracle SCM, custom planning platforms, control tower solutions or supply chain analytics platforms.

- Experience supporting RFP responses, executive presentations, solution workshops, demos and client proposal discussions.

- Prior experience with leading consulting firms or robust mid-sized consulting firms preferred. Industry-only profiles are not the primary target for this role.

Education

- MBA from IIM, ISB, SPJIMR, XLRI, FMS, MDI or equivalent premier institution preferred.

- Engineering degree preferred, especially in mechanical, production, industrial, electrical, electronics, manufacturing, operations or related disciplines.
