Job Title: Replenishment & MIS Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for a solid MIS and inventory-focused candidate to manage store-wise replenishment, analyse stock movement, and ensure optimum product availability across retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and sales MIS.
- Analyse store-wise sales, inventory, ageing, and stock movement.
- Prepare SKU-wise replenishment plans based on sales trends and minimum stock levels.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, non-moving, and out-of-stock SKUs.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouses, buying, and supply-chain teams.
- Track stock transfers from warehouse to stores and follow up until receipt.
- Maintain store-wise and category-wise stock cover.
- Identify excess stock and recommend inter-store transfers.
- Monitor recent-store opening stock and promotional stock allocation.
- Ensure MIS accuracy and timely reporting to management.
- Highlight stock shortages, ageing inventory, and replenishment delays.

Required Skills:

- Strong command of Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, data validation, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and MIS reporting ability.




- Good understanding of retail inventory and replenishment.
- Ability to handle large SKU- and store-level datasets.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems will be preferred.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Store stock availability and reduced stock-outs.
- Replenishment accuracy and completion within TAT.
- MIS accuracy and on-time submission.
- Reduction in excess, ageing, and non-moving inventory.
- Improved inventory rotation and store-level fill rate.

Experience: 2–5 years in Retail MIS, Inventory Planning, Replenishment, or Supply Chain. Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

Preferred Industry: Retail, FMCG, Fashion, Lifestyle, Baby Care, or Consumer Products.
