About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage shipment tracking, delivery follow-ups, transport documentation, insurance claims, and distributor communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics/supply chain operations, preferably within the Retail, Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
- Follow up with transporters and distributors regarding shipment status and delivery updates.
- Check transport invoices for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for timely submission and processing of transport invoices.
- Handle insurance claim follow-ups, including coordination with the insurance company and relevant internal teams.
- Prepare and submit required documents for insurance claims and track the claim status until closure.
- Share packing slips and PT files with distributors through email as per shipment requirements.
- Maintain proper records of shipments, deliveries, invoices, claims, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, transporters, distributors, and other stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues.




- Ensure timely communication and documentation for smooth supply chain operations.
- Prepare regular shipment and delivery status reports as required.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Dispatch / Transportation.
- Experience in the Retail Fashion / Apparel / Lifestyle industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of shipment tracking and delivery coordination.
- Basic understanding of transport invoices and logistics documentation.
- Experience in insurance claim coordination will be an advantage.
- Good MS Excel and email communication skills.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
