Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination. This role ensures the efficient movement of goods and services, optimizes costs, and maintains strong supplier relationships to support the organization's operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Vendor Management:

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, equipment, and other resources.

1. Inventory & Warehouse Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment strategies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and loss.

1. Logistics & Distribution:

- Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics.
- Optimize transportation costs while ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, transporters, and 3PL providers.

1. Supply Chain Optimization:

- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices for process efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Coordination & Communication:

- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, production, and sales to align supply chain activities with business needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for supply chain operations.
- Address and resolve supply chain issues and bottlenecks proactively.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP).
- Experience in working with international suppliers and global logistics.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
