Role & responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and guide the team during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, hygiene, and discipline.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are followed.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor stock, wastage, and daily operational requirements.
- Prepare shift reports and update management on operational issues.
- Support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- 23 years of experience in the Hotel / Restaurant / F&B; industry preferred.
- Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates with relevant hotel/F&B; supervisory experience preferred.
