We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production & Operations Supervisor to lead our production team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production and operational activities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production staff to achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and company standards.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with management to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Foster a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)



and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage teams in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing or the food industry is an advantage, but enthusiastic fresh graduates with leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.
