Position Overview The Supply Chain &

- Logistics Coordinator supports end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring productive planning, smooth logistics execution, and full compliance with regulatory requirements. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless order flow, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilties

Supply Chain Management

- Manage the full supply chain cycle from forecasting and procurement support to production planning and final delivery.

- Coordinate with sales, production, finance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing.

- Monitor order status, identify bottlenecks, and support proactive resolution of supply chain issues.

Logistics &

- Distribution

- Oversee daily logistics operations including freight bookings, transportation arrangements, and customs coordination.

- Prepare accurate and complete shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice (CI), Packing List (PL), Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), declarations, and other regulatory documents.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure efficient shipment flow and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Work closely with warehouse teams on labeling,



palletizing, re-work activities, and dispatch preparation.

Compliance &

- Documentation

- Ensure all import/export activities comply with relevant regulatory, customs, and trade requirements.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for audits, traceability, and internal reporting.

- Support preparation of compliance documents, declarations, and certifications as required.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics coordination
- FMCG experience is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, and customs procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
