Requirements

- Design and lead endtoend SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations for Indian payroll, ensuring statutory compliance, accurate tax calculations, and seamless integration across multiple business units.
- Configure core payroll components in SAP SF, including wage types, deductions, and advantages, while linking to legacy ERP systems to maintain data integrity and guarantee errorfree payroll runs.
- Develop and execute migration strategies for employee master data, performing data cleansing, validating mappings, and conducting parallel runs to ensure a flawless golive transition.
- Facilitate onsite stakeholder workshops with HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, define process flows, and obtain signoff on functional specifications and comprehensive test scenarios.
- Monitor postimplementation payroll cycles, troubleshoot processing errors,



and implement continuous improvement measures to optimize runtime performance and reduce overall cycle time.

Preferred Skills
- Advanced expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll extensions such as Time Management and Global Benefits, driving endtoend payroll automation at enterprise scale.
- Proven experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP PI/PO to build robust interfaces between SAP SF and external tax authorities or banking systems.
- Deep knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax) and ability to design adaptable compliance frameworks that respond to legislative changes.
- Leadership of crossfunctional rollout projects using Agile methodologies, delivering multiple concurrent payroll releases while maintaining high data quality standards.
- Exposure to payroll analytics using SAP BW/4HANA or PowerBI to generate actionable insights for senior management and support strategic workforce planning.
