Role & responsibilities you provide key expertise in a agile engineering team that leads processes for development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through engineering analysis and tools. This position works closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Application/ Desing/ Quality Assurance/Production/Maintenance) to safely, efficiently, and cost effectively launch & deliver our Air filtration products to customers. Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site at Gurgaon and other locations as & when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Leads Manufacturing Engineering function for Air filtration segment.

- Develop & establish manufacturing processes for air filtration & ontime launch new products

- Resolves problems and implement sustainable solutions working with all appropriate personnel, using Industrial engineering tools. Demonstrate problem solving methodologies and champion knowledge transfer and training on new processes and equipment.

- Develops best practice methods and communicates these methods to all appropriate plant personnel.

- Develop PPAP documents and dynamically maintain it, including PFMEA, CP, PFD. Make sure all these are reviewed, understood and approved.

- Maintains skills regarding new or improved designs, methods, techniques, materials and other advances in engineering technology to enhance Donaldson's competitive advantage.

- Develop and mentor the engineering team, fostering problem-solving skills,



ownership, and continuous professional growth.

- Implement and improve engineering processes, including change control, documentation management& maintain BOM in Oracle.

- Drive Cost reduction initiatives including manufacturing scrap reduction, productivity improvement, and VAVE Work with product engineering team to hit plant monthly/yearly target.

Utilize basic knowledge of Ergonomics, Safety procedures and machine-operator interaction to create an environment with minimal risk.

Education Qualification:

- A bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or closely related field.

- 10 to 15 years of applicable professional experience.

Technical Competence & Skills:

- Min 5 years of work experience in filtration industries

- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and writing)

- IATF16949 work experience is highly Preferred.

- Excellent manufacturing efficiency improvement achievements in past work experience is preferred.

- Proficient in IE aspect analysis and action plan and implementation

- Lean manufacturing knowledge is preferred.

- Proficiency with MS application

- Knowledge of project management responsibility with demonstrated results is preferred.

Leadership Competence:

- Leadership skills with the ability to direct, motivate, and provide clear direction in a production work environment

- Work closely with maintenance and production team to guide and follow right processes
