Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong industry connections and knowledge of VR/immersive simulation across the Military and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect us with potential customers, partners and collaborators in the military and industrial sectors.
- Provide insights into industry requirements, training challenges and emerging opportunities for VR simulation.
- Identify and analyse competitors, their products, capabilities, customers and market positioning.
- Identify market gaps and potential use cases for immersive physical-VR simulation.
- Facilitate introductions for partnerships, pilot projects, demonstrations and collaborations.
- Advise on applications of VR/XR, physical simulation, haptics, tracking, digital twins and AI-based training.
- Support meetings and discussions with potential customers and technology partners.

Target Industries

Military: Weapons, tank/AFV, military vehicles, tactical and combat training.

Industrial: Welding, manufacturing,



heavy equipment, trucks, logistics, warehousing and operator training.

Required Experience

- 7 years of relevant industry experience in military, defence, manufacturing, industrial training, simulation or related sectors.
- Strong professional network and established industry relationships.
- Good understanding of VR/XR and simulation technologies.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, consulting or industry engagement.
- Ability to provide actionable competitor and market intelligence.
