We are looking for a skilled and motivated Level 2 Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Linux Infrastructure to join our Cloud Operations team. In this role, you will be the go-to technical authority for enterprise Linux environments, driving automation through Ansible, and providing expert-level support for Linux workloads hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

You will collaborate with DevOps, cloud architecture, and application support teams to design automation solutions, maintain Linux platform health, rapidly resolve complex incidents, and build the capabilities of junior engineers. This position is ideal for a hands-on Linux specialist who is equally comfortable writing Ansible playbooks and leading incident bridges.

- 5- 8 years of hands-on Linux system administration experience in enterprise or managed services environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience writing and maintaining Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections at scale.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Linux workloads on AWS (EC2, SSM, VPC, CloudWatch, EBS, S3).
- Demonstrable experience supporting 247 production Linux environments with formal SLA commitments
