We are looking for a Visa Counselor to guide clients through visa processes, understand their requirements, explain suitable visa options, and assist them with documentation and applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility, and procedures.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Explain visa documentation and application processes.
- Review and verify client documents.
- Assist clients with visa application preparation and submission.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and application updates.
- Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain proper records of clients and applications.




- Coordinate with the processing team for smooth application handling.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely completion of applications.

Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in visa counseling, immigration, travel consultancy, or a related field.
- Freshers with solid communication and counseling skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in client handling and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of visa/immigration processes preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
