- Has strong past experience in customer success, support or post-sales roles
- Communicates clearly and empathetically, over calls, chats and email
- Can handle queries, objections and escalations without losing patience
- Is organized and proactive — follows up before students have to ask
- Understands how to turn a satisfied student into a loyal, long-term one
