We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and student-focused Student Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding courses, admissions, career opportunities, and academic programs. The candidate should have valuable communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build positive relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career prospects.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle student and parent enquiries professionally.
- Maintain student enquiry and admission records.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Assist in achieving admission and enrolment targets.
- Organize and support seminars, career guidance sessions, and student events.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students.
- Provide appropriate guidance based on students' interests and career goals.
