- Handle calls and enquiries from onshore students.
- Assess students’ current visa, study, and academic profiles.
- Recommend suitable universities, courses, and study pathways.
- Guide students on course changes, progression, and future study options.
- Check eligibility based on academic background and current visa conditions.
- Coordinate document collection and application checklists.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team for applications and offers.
- Coordinate with the Immigration/Compliance Team for visa and compliance checks.
- Follow up with students regarding applications, documents, and enrolment.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide timely updates
