Job Summary

Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a target-oriented Education / Career Counsellor with strong skills in counselling, lead generation, business development, sales, follow-up, conversion, and relationship management.

The candidate will handle student/client enquiries, counselling, lead qualification, follow-ups, enrollment/client acquisition, sales conversion, and relationship management for Indian and International markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, handle, and qualify B2C leads and relevant B2B opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media, email, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand student/client requirements and provide appropriate course, career, training, or service recommendations.
- Manage the complete process from lead generation → counselling → follow-up → objection handling → negotiation → conversion → enrollment/onboarding.
- Conduct telephonic, face-to-face, and online counselling/client meetings.
- Prepare and communicate sales pitches, proposals, quotations, presentations, and course/service details.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead, enrollment, sales, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong student/client relationships and identify upselling, cross-selling, referral, and repeat-business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify new business and student opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead databases, sales pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email outreach, and other AI/sales tools for research, lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Training,



Academic, Design, Development, and Operations teams for client/student requirements and onboarding.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Counselling, Sales, Business Development, Admissions, Client Acquisition, or Education Sales.
- Experience in Education, Digital Marketing, IT, Software, SaaS, or Technology Sales preferred.
- Solid communication, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, CRM, conversions, and targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Performance Expectations
