Job Responsibilities

- Counsel parents and students regarding UCMAS programs and benefits.

- Face-to-face counselling

- Phone calls

- WhatsApp communication

- Google Meet / Video Call counselling

- Follow up with leads generated through social media, websites, referrals, schools, and marketing campaigns.

- Convert enquiries into admissions.

- Explain course structure, fees, schedules, and student benefits.

- Maintain lead and admission records in CRM or Excel sheets.

- Coordinate with centre staff for smooth student onboarding.

- Achieve monthly admission targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.

- Confidence in speaking with parents and students.

- Basic computer knowledge (Google Meet, MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp).





- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to handle online and offline counselling independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, customer service, or telecalling will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of enquiries handled.

- Follow-up conversion rate.

- Monthly admissions achieved.

- Parent satisfaction and counselling quality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
