The firm also undertakes tonnage optimization, material take-off for tenders, and connection design for pipe racks and industrial buildings for national and international projects.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Structural Designer role based in Nagpur.

The Structural

Designer will prepare and review structural designs and construction drawings for steel and RCC structures, ensuring compliance with national and international codes and project specifications.

Responsibilities include performing structural analysis, coordinating with architects and civil engineers, and optimizing designs for safety, cost-efficiency, and constructability. The role involves using CAD tools for detailed modeling and documentation, supporting tonnage optimization and material take-off tasks, and assisting in connection design for industrial structures.

The Structural

Designer will collaborate with project teams, attend design reviews, and contribute to timely and accurate delivery of engineering documents.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for structural detailing and modeling.
- Experience with Construction Drawings, including preparation, review, and coordination.
- Knowledge of Steel Design, and relevant national and international design codes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Prior experience in industrial, warehouse, or pre-engineered building projects is an advantage.

PEB Structure Designer – Position: Structural Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare structural designs and detailed drawings for various projects.
- Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro.
- Prepare GA, structural, fabrication, and detailing drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Check structural drawings and design calculations for accuracy.
- Prepare BOQ/BOM and coordinate for material requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable IS codes and project requirements.
- Revise drawings/designs based on site and client requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of STAAD.Pro.
- Knowledge of structural steel and RCC design.
- Good understanding of IS Codes and structural detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering. Salary depending on experience and interview performance.
