Position: Structure Design Engineer /n Location: Gurgaon, Haryana /n Experience: 8 to 15 Years /n Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech – Civil / Structural Engineering /n Role Overview /n We are looking for an experienced Structure Design Engineer with strong technical expertise in structural engineering and hands-on experience in the design of bridges, grade-separated structures, retaining walls and other highway-related structures. /n The candidate should have sound knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals, including Strength of Materials and Theory of Structures, along with practical proficiency in STAAD Pro and MIDAS. /n Key Responsibilities:

- Perform structural analysis and design for bridges, grade-separated structures, retaining walls and other infrastructure structures.

/n

- Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports and engineering drawings.

/n

- Develop safe, economical and optimized structural design solutions.

/n

- Ensure structural designs comply with applicable IRC, IS, IRS codes, standards and client specifications.

/n

- Use STAAD Pro, MIDAS and other relevant structural design software for analysis and design.

/n

- Review design inputs,



drawings and calculations for accuracy and completeness.

/n

- Coordinate with highway, geotechnical and other engineering disciplines.

/n

- Address client comments, design revisions and technical queries within the required turnaround time.

/n

- Ensure timely submission of design deliverables as per project schedules.

/n

- Support technical discussions and client meetings when required.

/n

- Provide technical inputs for resolving design-related issues during project execution.

/n

- Maintain quality and accuracy of all structural design deliverables.

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in structural design

- STAAD Pro – Mandatory

- MIDAS – Mandatory

- Experience in Bridge / Grade Separator / Retaining Wall design

- Positive knowledge of IRC / IS / IRS codes

- Strong structural analysis and design fundamentals

/n

- Experience in structural calculations and design documentation

- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
