- Proven experience managing a luxury store or high-end retail store.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience handling HNI/UHNI clientele and VIP customers.
- Strong understanding of clienteling, CRM and customer retention.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of key retail KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a refined understanding of customer experience.
- Impeccable grooming, professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven luxury retail environment.
