Positions Available: Store Manager and Sales Person

We are looking for motivated individuals to lead and support our showroom operations. These roles are key to ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Store Manager: Oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure sales targets are met.
- Sales Person: Assist customers with their footwear needs, provide product knowledge, and help achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Bata brand.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts.

- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
