About Us La Options is the premium luxury bathware, ceramic, and surface gallery under the banner of Saurashtra Multiventures Group. We curate top-tier international and domestic architectural surface solutions, sanitaryware, and premium fittings for high-end residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a high-performing Store Manager to oversee showroom operations, elevate customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Showroom Operations & Management: Drive daily operations, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, luxury showroom aesthetics, and premium product display upkeep.
- Sales & Revenue Leadership: Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets by training, mentoring, and leading the retail sales executive team.
- HNI & Key Account Management: Handle walk-in HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients, key real estate developers, top-tier architects, and interior designers personally.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee showroom inventory, monitor fast-moving displays, handle stock audits, and coordinate with the warehouse to minimize order lead times.
- Team Supervision & Training: Conduct product knowledge sessions, customer engagement training, and performance reviews for store floor staff and sales executives.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare weekly/monthly store performance reports,



footfall conversion tracking, cash flow reports, and present insights to corporate leadership.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Management (BBA/MBA), Commerce, or related fields.
- Experience: 5–8+ years of retail sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role within luxury retail, bathware, ceramics, interior decor, or premium home improvement brands.
- Key Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, strong negotiation ability, refined interpersonal skills, and basic ERP/POS showroom software proficiency.
- Attributes: High aesthetic sense, customer-first mindset, strong business acumen, and local market connection with architectural networks.
