Your Role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead your showroom as a business unit—driving sales, developing your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence every day.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

 Drive showroom sales and profitability.

 Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.

 Deliver an exceptional customer experience for every walk-in.

 Improve conversion, average bill value, and repeat business.

 Build strong relationships with premium and repeat customers.

 Maintain inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

 Recruit,



train, and mentor future leaders.

What We’re Looking For

 5–10 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

 Strong experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium retail.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 Excellent people leadership and coaching skills.

 Customer-first mindset with solid commercial acumen.
