Exp - 5 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and stock control.
- Handle receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Administration, and various departments.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and minimize wastage or shortages.
- Prepare stock reports, MIS, and inventory statements.
- Ensure proper documentation for GRN, issue slips, purchase orders, and stock registers.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of dental,



medical, and general supplies.
- Lead and supervise store staff and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Supply Chain/Inventory Management is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or educational institution.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP/HRMS/Inventory Management software will be an advantage.
