Location: LUDHIANA, PUNJAB

Joining Date : 25th September 2026

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our premium retail store at Ludhiana, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and proven experience in driving retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly & annual targets.
- Lead, train,



and motivate the store team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client relationship management.
- Maintain VM standards as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment & shrinkage control.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Analyze KPIs like conversion, ATV, UPT & SPSF.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of retail experience (preferably in premium/luxury segment) as Store Manager.
- Strong communication in English & team management skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Comfortable working in a high-footfall premium location.
- Work Timings 11:00am - 8:00pm.
