Job Summary

Ajfan International is looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, sales, staff performance, customer service, inventory, and overall store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, stock movement, receiving, transfers, and replenishment.
- Minimize stock loss, wastage, damages, and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support stock audits.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly store reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with the HR, warehouse, accounts, and management teams as required.
- Train new employees and continuously improve team performance.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.
- Take responsibility for overall store sales, operations,



and team management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or Retail Supervisor.
- Experience in FMCG, supermarket, food, fashion, lifestyle, or multi-brand retail will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of retail sales and store operations.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements
- English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Mandatory
- Kannada – Added Advantage

Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
- Candidates with immediate or short notice availability will be preferred.
