Sales and Customer Service:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring high levels of customer 2. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable about products and brand values.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.2.

Operations

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and handle deliveries and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.3.

Financial

Management

- Manage the store’s budget, expenses, and payroll to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.4.

Customer

Engagement





- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive clientele and excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.5. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
