Designation: Store Manager (For a Luxury Jewelry Showroom Sales Department)

Location: Bandra West (Turner Road, Mumbai)

Salary: Rs 50,000/- to 1,00,000/- Per Month (Depend upon the interview performance and relevant work experience)

Industry: Luxury Jewelry / Luxury Retail

Number of Days: All 6 Days of working and there will be a week off

Job Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the overall store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive smooth day-to-day functioning of the store. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management skills, a polished personality, and excellent customer-handling abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the store.

Ensure smooth store opening, closing, housekeeping, and operational processes.

Deliver excellent customer greeting and customer service at all times.

Welcome customers professionally and create a warm, premium shopping experience.

Understand customer requirements and ensure their queries are addressed effectively.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve business objectives.





Monitor store performance, sales, inventory, and operational activities.

Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.

Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality.

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Coordinate with management regarding store performance, requirements, and operational updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of inventory and store assets.

Candidate's Profile:

Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Should have a great communication skills

Who can also deal with the high-profile customers and HNI customers

Should have work experienced in working for the Luxury Brand as Store Manager
