We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the day-to-day operations of our store. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of materials, spare parts, tools, and other items while ensuring accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect incoming materials, spare parts, tools, and other items.
- Check quantity and condition of materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Properly store and organize materials for easy identification and retrieval.
- Issue materials to the concerned departments as per authorized requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Update inward and outward material entries on a regular basis.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase/accounts team about low-stock or required items.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and systematic arrangement of inventory.
- Maintain records of damaged, rejected, or obsolete materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Engineering, Production, and Sales teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety,



and proper utilization of store space.
- Prepare stock reports and other store-related reports as required by management.
- Follow company procedures for material handling, documentation, and inventory control.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper / Store Executive / Store In-charge.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, machinery, or industrial company will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
