Role Description The Store Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store operations, including organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and order, and supporting retail sales activities.

Fresher will help welcome customers, respond to basic inquiries, and guide them within the store under supervision. The role includes learning and following store processes, helping with stock replenishment, displaying products, and supporting senior team members as needed.

Fresher will receive training on store systems, customer service standards, and basic reporting to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to assist with product guidance, basic sales processes, and customer support at the store.
- Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain store order, and support daily operational tasks.
- Candidates should possess Training readiness and the ability to learn recent processes, store systems, and product information quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks such as stocking and organizing items.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with point-of-sale or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of higher secondary education or equivalent; candidates with BE, BTech, or BCA degrees are not considered for this role.
- Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends as required.
