JOB PURPOSE To efficiently manage day-to-day Store operations including material receipt, storage, inventory control, material issue, finished goods management and documentation, ensuring accurate stock and uninterrupted material availability to Production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage inward, receipt, inspection coordination, storage and issue of raw materials, components, packing materials and finished goods.

· Ensure proper part-wise identification, labelling, bin/location management and FIFO.

· Issue materials to Production against approved requisitions and ensure correct quantity/material.

· Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, material issue, transfer and other Store documentation.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification and system reconciliation; identify and report shortages/excesses.

· Monitor minimum/maximum/reorder levels and coordinate with Purchase/PPC for material shortages.

· Maintain slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete stock reports.





· Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts for smooth material flow.

· Manage finished goods stock and coordinate with Dispatch for timely and accurate deliveries.

· Prepare daily/monthly Store MIS and inventory reports using MS Excel.

· Maintain 5S, housekeeping, safety and proper storage practices in the Store.

· Supervise Store assistants/helpers and ensure discipline and proper material handling.

· Ensure proper control and security of company inventory and minimize material loss/damage.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· 5–6 years of relevant Store / Inventory experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.

· Any Graduate; Diploma/qualification in Stores, Logistics or Supply Chain will be an advantage.

· Valuable command of MS Excel – VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Table, Filter, basic MIS.

· Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software.

· Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO, stock reconciliation, GRN and material issue processes.

· Good communication, coordination, follow-up and team-handling skills.

· Candidate should be hands-on, disciplined and capable of independently managing Store operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
