Role Description The Store Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The Store

Assistant will support day-to-day store operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials and products, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include assisting with stock counting, labeling, and storage, preparing items for dispatch, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials. The role involves interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner, maintaining cleanliness and order in the storage areas,



and following safety and handling procedures for chemical products.

The Store

Assistant may also help with basic documentation, data entry related to inventory, and support training of new team members on store processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Customer Service and Retail Sales skills to support smooth material handling and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain records, and keep storage areas orderly and compliant.
- Training skills to assist in onboarding and guiding new store staff on processes and safety practices.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management or storekeeping; experience in industrial or chemical environments is an advantage.
- Ability to follow safety protocols, handle materials carefully, and adhere to company procedures.
- Comfort with basic computer use for data entry and record keeping.
- Minimum high school education; vocational or diploma-level training in store management, logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
