Job Summary

We’re looking for an Inventory / Stock Controller (Production) to manage production inventory at our Head Office.

?Job Location: Jaipur (Monday - Saturday) (10:00am-6:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and maintain records of raw materials and production inventory.
- Monitor material issued to production against actual consumption.
- Track finished goods and their movement.
- Record and monitor wastage, leftovers, rejects and production remains.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system and production records.




- Identify discrepancies, variances and unexplained differences.
- Investigate and document the reasons behind inventory variances.
- Track the movement and final disposition of excess material, remains and wastage.
- Coordinate with production and relevant teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate, timely and organized inventory reports.
- Identify recurring patterns in wastage or variance and flag them to the relevant teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a strong mathematical aptitude.
- 4-5 years of experience in inventory control, production inventory, stores or a similar role.
- Solid analytical capability and sharp attention to detail with numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Good understanding of inventory reconciliation and stock movement.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
