INTERNATIONAL STAFFING & RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for motivated International Staffing & Recruitment Executives to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing candidates, understanding international job requirements, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for international job requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
- Search for suitable candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
- Explain job opportunities and recruitment processes clearly to candidates.
- Prepare and submit suitable candidate profiles to clients or authorized staffing partners.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with clients and recruitment partners regarding open positions.
- Achieve assigned sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.




- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and international clients.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, or recruitment databases is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn are welcome.
