Role Description: The Startup Manager will support the founding team in organizing and driving early-stage operations at Elexico Semicon through a fully remote, unpaid, experience-based internship.

Responsibilities may include coordinating project timelines, tracking R&D; activities, maintaining documentation, assisting with market and technology research, preparing presentations, and streamlining communication with team members and external stakeholders. The intern will also help establish lightweight processes for reporting, resource planning, and task management, while gaining practical exposure to the operations of an early-stage deep-tech startup. The role requires proactive collaboration and reliable online communication.

Qualifications:





- Ability to manage tasks and timelines, with strong organizational and basic project management skills.
- Comfort with technology and scientific topics; interest in photonics, photovoltaics, semiconductors, or renewable energy is highly beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare transparent reports, presentations, and updates.
- Analytical and research abilities to support market, technical, or competitive analyses for an early-stage startup.
