Key Requirements of a Staff Nurse

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing)
- Valid nursing registration/license from the concerned nursing council
- 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Knowledge of patient care procedures and nursing protocols
- Ability to monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate records
- Experience in medication administration and IV management
- Knowledge of infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards
- Ability to handle emergency and critical care situations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and emergencies
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital management systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and qualified ethics
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
