About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our IVF clinical team. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, assisting doctors with fertility procedures, administering medications, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

The ideal candidate should have prior fertility/IVF experience along with strong clinical skills and a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Monitor patients and provide appropriate clinical and emotional support throughout their fertility journey.
- Administer medications and injections as per prescribed treatment protocols.
- Assist doctors during procedures including ultrasounds, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and other fertility procedures.
- Educate patients regarding treatment protocols, medications,



and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation through electronic health systems.
- Follow clinic protocols for patient safety, hygiene, infection control, and clinical standards.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, embryologists, clinical coordinators, and other members of the care team.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and patient-friendly clinical environment.
- Provide empathetic support and help create a positive patient experience.

Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in IVF/fertility.
- Strong understanding of fertility treatments, reproductive health, and patient care.
- Good clinical and procedural skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
