We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate records, and assisting doctors and other healthcare professionals in delivering secure and effective patient care.Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and updated nursing documentation and patient records.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices and hospital protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the concerned doctor.




- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and general healthcare.
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and applicable nursing protocols.
- Participate in emergency care and respond appropriately to critical situations.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and ethical approach while dealing with patients, relatives, and colleagues.

Qualifications

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate Nursing Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
