What You Will Do

- Lead and execute backend administrative operations to achieve targeted KPIs and business outcomes, working in partnership with customer-facing sales administration teams to ensure an efficient and successful flow.
- Management of team routine task; Ensure task operation is performed following process.
- Instruction to team on business and daily operation on needed basis.
- Provide corrective actions by market and order level if service level is below target. Drive speedy resolution on cross-function escalation.
- Drive internal continuous improvement via automation and Problem-Solving Methodology to optimize process and enhance efficiency.
- Address customer concerns and follow up in a timely and effective manner to enhance customer satisfaction on Parts Delivery. Make sure CX (customer experience) survey is well implemented and monitored.
- Ensure on-time delivery of spare parts and customer satisfaction on express order in cooperation with Market Company.




- Ensure the trade process is compliant with Tetra Pak and local trade laws and regulations.
- Improve transportation service, cost cut-down & service efficiency in cooperation with logistics team.

Profile Description

We believe you have

- At least 8-10 years’ experience in leadin and managing sales administration and operations.

- Experience in leading and managing medium to large sized teams across geographies
- Business awareness across functions
- Commercial understanding
- Project Management skills and experience
- Good communication and proven stakeholder management skills
- External network in the supply chain area
