The Sr. Service Coordinator manages daily service operations and schedules field technicians to handle the installation, calibration, and repair of ATS Elgi Automotive Service Equipment. The coordinator acts as the vital link between OEM vehicle workshops, private garages, and the technical service team.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Dispatch & Scheduling: Coordinate field service schedules for installations, routine calibrations (e.g., 3D wheel aligners), and emergency repairs across the territory.
- Product Line Management: Allocate technicians with specialized skills to handle different ATS Elgi product segments including:
- Lifting Equipment: Two-post, four-post, and washing hoists.
- Wheel Service: Wheel balancers, aligners, and tire changers.
- Utility & Air Systems: ELGi air compressors, vehicle washing systems, and pneumatic tools.
- Bodyshop & EV Equipment: Crash repair systems and EV chargers.
- Spare Parts Coordination:



Work closely with the parts department to verify the availability of genuine ATS Elgi spares and consumables prior to technician deployment.
- Client Relations: Manage service communications with authorized OEM workshops and independent garage owners.
- Admin & Tracking: Track work-in-progress (WIP) reports, log repetitive machine faults, update service CRM systems, and generate customer billing quotes.

Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in service coordination within the garage equipment or heavy automotive machinery industry.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
- Profile: Age 28+ preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
